We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This is for a new UX focused product in the ERP software space. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. We are looking for a candidate who excels at rapid iteration, deeply values the process of validating designs, and possesses expert proficiency in Figma.
Role Overview
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the UX and UI of our new ERP system. Your work will help manufacturing businesses Thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital products.
- Employ rapid prototyping and iterative design methodologies to quickly develop and refine designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and continually improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.
- Utilize Figma and other design tools to create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
- Expertise in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and collaboration features.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering user-friendly, effective, and delightful user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and gather feedback effectively.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
