The Team:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of new and innovative solutions for engineering workflows in on-prem and cloud native solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create innovative solutions that improve engineering workflows and integrate with third-party systems.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure our products are ahead of industry trends.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B software products
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding and experience building products with AI, ML, and NLP a must.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

 

The Location: Denver, Colorado (Remote)

 

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US

candidates):

 

Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $150,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan/sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
