The Role:

The Product Marketing Manager is an experienced leader with a keen understanding of B2B product marketing dynamics. This role is pivotal in collaborating closely with our sales and product management teams to craft compelling narratives that articulate the value of our products and solutions. You'll drive initiatives to understand customer needs, differentiate our offerings, and steer our roadmap towards future success.

 

What You'll Do:

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that highlight our product value propositions and resonate with specific customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product management to translate product features and benefits into compelling value propositions.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new products/features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide product development and marketing decisions.
  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles globally across industries.

Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Develop scalable product marketing frameworks and collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers to drive advocacy through case studies and speaking opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales efforts to optimize the sales funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, marketing, and customer success teams to align product roadmaps with marketing strategies.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the product team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity and promote constant learning and improvement.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within leading B2B Product/Technology companies.
  • Proven expertise in market analysis, customer insights, and successful product launches.
  • Strong field enablement skills with the ability to design tailored marketing narratives for different industries and customer segments.
  • Deep understanding of customer personas and a relentless focus on customer needs.
  • Ownership mentality with a drive to optimize and improve business results.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply problem-solving skills to complex challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):


Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan/sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
