Job Title: Senior ABM Manager - Lifecycle & Expansion 

Accuris is a $500M+ ARR AI/SaaS business that is hiring a Senior ABM Manager focused on customer lifecycle and expansion as a part of the Growth Marketing team. As the Senior ABM Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next phase of Accuris’ growth trajectory. The right person will spearhead initiatives to increase pipeline conversion and expansion revenue from our new flagship product offering, contributing significantly to Accuris’ ongoing evolution in the industry. Your role will include shaping, leading, and executing ABM campaigns across a variety of channels, and working in close partnership with the Marketing, Sales, and CS teams to drive measurable engagement, ROI, pipeline acceleration, and expansion revenue within our customer base. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the creation of 1:few and 1:1 ABM campaigns, ensuring personalized and targeted approaches for specific verticals and account segments 
  • Develop and execute multichannel ABM programs, including inbound and outbound tactics to attract and grow strategic target accounts from our existing customer base 
  • Leverage 6sense intent data to inform account based marketing campaigns and content creation for different personas in our key buying committees 
  • Define and implement repeatable processes to expand the ABM program across all key industry segments globally 
  • Define and prioritize ABM strategies in alignment with overarching business goals, market insights, and performance metrics 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute the ABM strategy 
  • Track program results, measure success and report metrics to stakeholders across the business 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in ABM in B2B SaaS 
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and experience implementing 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns 
  • Experience in Performance Marketing, Event Marketing & Email Marketing, and Digital Marketing 
  • Hands on experience with a modern ABM tech stack, specifically with 6Sense, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce 
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Data & Analytics 
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems to track, measure, and report on campaign performance 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration  
  • Initiative, reliability and team spirit as well as a good sense of humor and creativity  
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing principles, coupled with expertise in ABM methodologies. 
  • A passion for customer-centric problem-solving and a commitment to continuously optimizing marketing practice. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with an ability to leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making. 
  • Nice to have: industry marketing experience

Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan/sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
