Summary

As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Account Management team.
The primary role for the Account Manager will be to identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities for additional software and services by staying in routine contact with the customer base via phone, online meeting, and email. Secondarily, the Account Manager will build a relationship with their customer base to ensure satisfaction throughout the customer’s tenure and prevent churn.

- Develop a strong understanding of ECI products and services, and communicate the value to the customer base effectively.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers within your customer base.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage with customers, understand their business needs, and present our software solutions effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Leverage a consultative selling approach to articulate the value proposition of our manufacturing software products and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and inquiries.
- Have a strong working relationship with your customers to increase references, keep customers on maintenance and support contracts, and help mitigate Churn.
- Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in Salesforce, producing regular activity reports.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quota goals in accordance with the strategic plan.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality communication goals in accordance with the strategic plan.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Experience selling to manufacturing customers and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
- Sit for long periods of time.
- Speak for long periods of time, as most interaction takes place via phone and online meetings.
- Perform software demonstrations (online) which may require 1 to 2 hours meetings without breaks.
