Job Summary

Makes outbound telephone calls within an assigned territory to dealerships to sell and support the PartsBrokerDirect service. Provides basic education about the service including systems and personnel and secures commitment from dealerships to transact. Maintains working knowledge of factory return programs and other industry intelligence in order to overcome objections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establishes rapport and maintains relationships with dealerships’ parts and/or service personnel (typically a parts manager) through phone and email contact within designated territory.

2. Educates dealership contact(s) about the PartsBrokerDirect service and benefits. Instills a sense of urgency to use the service leveraging increased revenues for the dealership through utilization of OEC systems and brokering personnel.

3. Ensures consistent communication with customers to increase revenues through strong relationships, implementing best practices, analyzing data to identify areas of need, and recognizing opportunities for performance coaching.

4. Maintains a working knowledge of factory return programs and other industry intelligence in order to overcome objections and reinforce the value proposition of the brokering service.

5. Utilizes OEC's customer database to maintain complete call records and to validate customer and account information.

6. Manges sales within a territory, under the guidance of more senior brokers on the team and supports the team to best impact its overall performance.

7. Secures commitment from dealership contacts to enroll in OEC’s systems/program. Sets expectations with secured clients and facilitates a smooth transition throughout the process starting from enrollment (assuring proper systems) through to hand-off to designated broker (assuring representative is designated).

8. Participates in additional call campaigns as required for the PartsBrokerDirect business, including customer service, training and/or marketing-related calls.

9. Increases overall parts sales with PartsBrokerDirect through coaching dealer parts staff.

Education

A High School diploma/GED is required. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.

Experience

No previous experience is required, as individuals will be provided with on-the-job training for three to six months in OEC products, however candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to use a computer customer database and Microsoft office software applications.

· Ability to engage professionally via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide excellent customer service.
