Job Summary

Builds, delivers and ensures a powerful, frictionless payment experience for OEC customers. Collaborates regularly with external payment partners and customers, as well as other internal teams, including customer experience, engineering, finance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develops ownership of payments-related processes and collaborates with internal and external partners to improve and optimize the end-to-end delivery of payments.

2. Manages ongoing analysis and tasks related to payment operations including: billing, reconciliation, and returns.

3. Researches and resolves payment inquiries and exceptions, while effectively prioritizing customer needs.

4. Provides data analysis and reporting to drive payments business growth, improvement, and efficiency.

5. Drives efforts to operationalize and automate ongoing operational tasks.

6. Gains and maintains a deep understanding of the OEC payments business, products, and processes.

Education

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.

Experience

At least 6 years of professional experience in data analysis, operations analysis and improvements, and/or customer service is required, to include a background working in financial services or fintech, credit/debit cards, or bank payment processing.

Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Able to effectively analyze, digest, and interpret large datasets.

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to deal with extremely confidential and sensitive information.

· Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.

· Flexible and adaptable approach to work and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.

· Able to effectively work and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced and remote/hybrid work environment that has limited opportunities for in-person interactions.
